We believe that a strong curriculum is the foundation of a successful education system and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team.As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our curriculum. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our curriculum aligns with current educational standards, meets the needs of our diverse student population, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional leaders, teachers, and subject matter experts to develop and refine curriculum materials
• Conduct research on best practices in curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Analyze student assessment data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for curriculum modifications
• Develop and implement professional development programs for teachers to support the effective implementation of the curriculum
• Review and approve all curriculum materials to ensure alignment with educational standards and instructional goals
• Work closely with the assessment team to develop and implement assessment strategies that accurately measure student learning
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in the implementation of the curriculum
• Serve as a liaison between the curriculum team and other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in educational practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education and incorporate them into the curriculum as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and feedback from teachers, students, and parents
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Specialists to share best practices and ensure consistency across grade levels and subjects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a K-12 setting
• Knowledge of current educational trends and standards
• Strong understanding of instructional strategies and assessment practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using technology for educational purposes
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous improvement
