About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back-end Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for the server-side development of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and designers to create efficient and scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side web and mobile applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities
• Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data for the applications
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Continuously improve and maintain existing applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-end Developer or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with web frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express
• Familiarity with database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of agile software development principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
