Job Title: Scala Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Scala Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Scala Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the Scala programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Scala
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop and maintain software documentation
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Scala community
• Mentor and train junior developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with Scala
• Strong knowledge of Scala framework and libraries such as Akka, Play, and Spark
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
