We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are in compliance with all industry regulations. This is a vital role in our organization, as maintaining high quality products is crucial for our success and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in product manufacturing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, materials, and processes to identify any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and supervise a team of quality control inspectors to ensure they are following established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address any quality concerns and implement necessary improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
• Participate in the development and review of product specifications, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews of suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet our quality standards and make necessary changes as needed.
• Manage quality control budget, including identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO and FDA.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
