Job Description: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our company's operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products to customers. You will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, sales, and production, to ensure that all stages of the supply chain are running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with procurement team to source and negotiate prices with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely production and delivery of goods
• Communicate with logistics team to arrange shipments and track deliveries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays
• Analyze supply chain data and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance supply chain processes
• Create and maintain supply chain reports and documentation
• Train and supervise supply chain support staff, if applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
