Our team is comprised of experienced and knowledgeable hunting guides who are dedicated to providing the best possible hunting trips for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Hunting Guide to join our team.

Job Description: As a Hunting Guide, you will be responsible for leading hunting trips for our clients in various locations. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they have a memorable and successful hunting experience. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients on hunts, provide safety instruction, and assist with all aspects of the hunting trip. You will also be responsible for managing hunting equipment, maintaining hunting grounds, and ensuring the safety of all clients during the hunting trip.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and instruction to clients on hunting trips
• Plan and organize hunting trips according to client preferences and abilities
• Ensure the safety of all clients during hunting trips
• Manage hunting equipment, including firearms, bows, and hunting gear
• Maintain hunting grounds and equipment in top condition
• Provide safety instruction and ensure all hunting regulations are followed
• Assist clients with preparing and transporting game after a successful hunt
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management
• Keep accurate records of hunting trips, including harvest data and client feedback
• Stay current on hunting regulations, safety protocols, and hunting techniques
• Be adaptable and able to adjust plans based on changing weather and hunting conditions
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hunting Guide
• Extensive knowledge of hunting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to handle outdoor and physically demanding work
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and remote locations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hunting and the outdoors
• Valid hunting license and first aid certification
