Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance curriculum materials
• Conduct thorough research to identify and incorporate the latest trends and best practices in education
• Design and develop curriculum for various learning platforms including online, in-person, and blended learning
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through the use of multimedia and other innovative tools
• Ensure curriculum alignment with learning objectives and desired outcomes
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure the curriculum is user-friendly and accessible
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations related to curriculum development
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate them into the curriculum design process
• Train and provide support to instructors on the implementation of the curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of curriculum development processes and revisions
• Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to the curriculum
• Monitor and track the progress of curriculum development projects to ensure timely completion within budget
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of the curriculum into the overall educational program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in instructional design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
