Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
• Perform various tests and measurements using specialized equipment to assess the physical, chemical, and functional properties of our products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities and results.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with the production team to investigate and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends in quality control and make recommendations for new techniques and technologies that can improve our processes.
• Train and mentor other team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures to maintain consistent and high-quality products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with various quality control testing methods and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
