Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program requirements, scope, and timelines
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely and successful delivery of programs
• Monitor and track program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on program progress
• Communicate program updates, key milestones, and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders
• Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure that programs are delivered within the approved budget
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of program team members
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to program team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of program objectives
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Conduct post-program evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the development sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple development programs simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification is a plus
