You will be responsible for researching and analyzing educational trends, creating learning objectives, and designing instructional materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of curriculum for various educational programs, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Conduct research on educational trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design curriculum that meets those objectives.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies and materials, such as lesson plans, assessments, and activities, that engage and challenge learners.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including online learning platforms, interactive activities, and multimedia, to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct regular evaluations and make necessary revisions to curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of learners and aligns with company goals.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools that can enhance the curriculum development process.
• Train and support educators on implementing curriculum effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the curriculum supports the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using various instructional design software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passionate about education and staying updated on industry trends.
