Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Profiling Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Profiling Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data profiling on various databases to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
• Develop and maintain data quality rules and standards to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify data sources
• Use data profiling tools and techniques to validate data integrity and identify data patterns
• Create data reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Monitor data quality metrics and provide recommendations for improving data quality
• Perform data cleansing and data standardization processes to ensure consistency across databases
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for data optimization and automation to improve data management processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data profiling and data management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data profiling, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data profiling tools such as Informatica, Talend, or MDM
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data patterns and trends
• Experience working with large datasets and complex databases
• Familiarity with data quality concepts and techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
