Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs and initiatives, in line with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify education needs and design programs to address them
Manage all aspects of program planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Oversee program implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand the reach of our programs
Lead a team of educators and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education, and incorporate them into program design and delivery
Represent the company at education conferences and events
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote and raise awareness about our education programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing education programs
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Willingness to travel as needed
