Job Title: Vape Shop Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vape Shop Manager to join our team. As a Vape Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vape shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for the vaping industry and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the vape shop, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Ensure the shop is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute in-store events and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and make recommendations for product additions or changes
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff on areas for improvement
• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the vaping industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the vaping industry and a deep understanding of vape products
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business or retail management is an asset

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position, with availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Work is primarily indoors in a retail store environment
• May be required to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
