Salary: USD: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs and activities. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement curriculum, manage resources and materials, and ensure the smooth functioning of our educational programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for all educational programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and goals.
• Collaborate with educators to create engaging and innovative lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Manage resources and materials for educational programs, including ordering and organizing supplies and equipment.
• Oversee the scheduling of classes, workshops, and events, and ensure that all educational activities run smoothly.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of educational programs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
• Provide guidance and support to educators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to deliver high-quality instruction.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote our educational programs and foster a positive learning environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to expand the reach of our educational programs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in education and incorporate new techniques and technologies into our programs.
• Manage the budget for educational programs and ensure that all expenses are within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, preferably in a coordinator or leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
