Position: Director of Education Programs

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to lead our organization's education initiatives. As the Director of Education Programs, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, including school districts, community partners, and government agencies, to ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive education program strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address the needs of the community and develop programs that meet those needs.
• Oversee the design and delivery of educational programs, including curriculum development, training, and instructional materials.
• Manage a team of education program coordinators, trainers, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
• Develop and manage budgets for education programs, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school districts, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Stay current with education trends and best practices, and incorporate them into program development and implementation.
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote our education programs and share our success stories.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in education program development and management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Knowledge of education policies, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving education and empowering individuals through education.
