Position Title: Graphic Designer/Printing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer/Printing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics and print materials for various projects and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
• Create and design layouts, logos, and images using various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message
• Prepare final designs for print or digital production, including choosing appropriate color schemes, fonts, and layout
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of final print materials
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all designs and projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into design concepts
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain design standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print production environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production and file preparation for various printing methods
• Excellent layout and typography skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
