The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the dry cleaning industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results. The Dry Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for managing and performing tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of various types of garments and fabrics.Key Responsibilities
• Perform dry cleaning services on various types of garments and fabrics, such as suits, dresses, and delicate items
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, and proper care instructions before cleaning
• Handle and operate dry cleaning equipment, such as dryers, steamers, and presses
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions, following safety procedures and guidelines
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring proper storage and usage
• Maintain and repair dry cleaning equipment as needed
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
• Assist with the packaging and delivery of cleaned garments to customers
• Keep track of daily cleaning services and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Follow company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dry cleaning industry
• Extensive knowledge of different types of fabrics and their care requirements
• Familiarity with dry cleaning equipment and its maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot stains and damage on garments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift and move heavy loads
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
