Position: Commercial Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will be responsible for managing and executing the leasing process for our commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about the real estate industry and has a strong background in commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our portfolio of commercial properties
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and stay updated on market trends, demand, and competition
• Network and build relationships with brokers, potential tenants, and other industry professionals to drive leasing activity
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed leasing reports, financials, and tenant information
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease renewals, and tenant improvements
• Coordinate property tours and effectively communicate property features and benefits to potential tenants
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless transition for new tenants and provide exceptional customer service to existing tenants
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote available properties
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant compliance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a real estate development or property management company
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market, trends, and regulations
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating leases and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and other leasing software
• Must have a valid real estate license
