About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Project Manager to join our team. As the Wireless Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of wireless projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for wireless projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wireless industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale wireless projects
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including 4G and 5G networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP or other project management certifications are preferred
• Willingness to travel as required
