Position Summary: As the Nonprofit Program Director, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our programs, including strategic planning, fundraising, and team leadership. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our programs align with our mission and goals, and that they have a positive impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all programs in alignment with the organization's mission and goals
• Oversee all program operations and ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and responsibility
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators, providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to secure funding for programs through grants, donations, and partnerships
• Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure that goals are being met
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate programs
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings to promote our programs and mission
• Report program progress and outcomes to the executive team and board of directors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nonprofit program management role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs
• Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, fundraising, and budget management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for the organization's mission and dedication to making a positive impact on the community
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management software
