Position: Delivery Driver

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs for each delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic mapping systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
