Position: Repair Specialist

Location: Pančevo, Serbia

About the Role: FixCraft Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of equipment and machinery used in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical repairs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment and machinery
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of equipment, including but not limited to, motors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machines
• Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs, such as hand and power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on each task
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
• Train and mentor junior technicians on repair techniques and procedures
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies while performing repairs and maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to provide updates on repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical repairs preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical repairs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their components
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions, such as kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
