Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality control process, including developing and implementing quality control procedures, training staff, and conducting quality audits. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality
• Train and supervise quality control team members, providing ongoing feedback and support
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify any areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire production process
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and reports
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and components meet our quality standards
• Lead investigations into any quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to product quality and ensure compliance within the organization
• Continuously strive to improve quality control processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• Experience with quality control methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
