We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Director to join our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

Job Overview: As the Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all fundraising efforts for ImpactCreate. You will work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans that align with the organization's mission and goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of development professionals and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
• Identify new funding opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
• Oversee all aspects of fundraising events, including planning, marketing, and execution
• Manage a team of development professionals and provide guidance, support, and training as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely tracking of donations and grants
• Serve as the main point of contact for major donors and corporate sponsors
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community leaders, and volunteers
• Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices and incorporate them into the organization's fundraising strategy
• Prepare and present regular reports on fundraising progress to the executive team and board of directors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development/fundraising, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Proven track record of successfully meeting fundraising goals and securing major gifts
• Experience managing a team and working with volunteers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
