Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain curriculum for all grade levels and subject areas, ensuring that it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.
Collaborate with instructional staff to integrate new instructional strategies and technologies into curriculum design.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of curriculum, analyzing data and making necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to continually improve curriculum and instruction.
Provide guidance and support to instructional staff on curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
Collaborate with other curriculum specialists to ensure consistency and alignment across grade levels and subject areas.
Develop and facilitate professional development workshops for instructional staff on curriculum development and implementation.
Work with school leadership to identify and implement strategies to support struggling students and meet the needs of diverse learners.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to develop and implement specialized programs and initiatives.
Serve as a resource and support for teachers and staff on curriculum-related issues, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide recommendations for curriculum modifications as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
Knowledge of current educational trends, standards, and best practices.
Experience with various instructional strategies and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
