Position: Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic and creative team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a variety of projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of animation techniques and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion graphics for various projects, including but not limited to videos, social media content, and advertisements.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-quality and dynamic motion graphics.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and continually improve skills and knowledge in motion graphics and animation.
• Work closely with the video production team to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video projects.
• Communicate and present ideas and concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or production environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
• Excellent eye for design, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.
