Job Title: Program Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. As the Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of new programs within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of program development processes. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully launching and managing programs, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough research and needs assessments to identify program opportunities and gaps in our services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design program strategies, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed
• Lead program planning and development, including defining program goals, objectives, and outcomes
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report on program metrics and outcomes to stakeholders
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in program development and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage program budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes
• Oversee program evaluations and use data to make data-driven decisions for program enhancements and modifications
• Nurture relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to support program development and sustainability
• Provide mentorship and guidance to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve program goals
• Represent the organization at community events and conferences to promote our programs and build partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing programs, from conception to implementation
• Strong understanding of program development processes, including needs assessments, strategic planning, and evaluation methods
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and community partners
