Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional design team to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an innovative and engaging curriculum for our organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct research and analyze industry trends to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning materials and assessments.
• Create and maintain a curriculum development timeline to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure that they have the necessary resources to effectively deliver the curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through student feedback and assessments.
• Make necessary revisions to the curriculum based on feedback and evaluation results.
• Train and support instructors on how to effectively use the curriculum materials.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and instructional design strategies to enhance the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other members of the instructional design team to share best practices and improve overall curriculum development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with learning management systems and other instructional technology tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to curriculum development.
• Experience in conducting research and analyzing data to inform curriculum development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning.
