Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Track and report on key supply chain metrics, such as lead times, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery performance
Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions
Conduct regular audits of inventory and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials
Stay current with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with suppliers and vendors
