• Monitor and analyze data and technology usage patterns to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of data security policies and procedures.
• Lead incident response efforts in the event of a data breach or security incident.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure data security compliance and risk management.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance data risk management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data risk management and technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of data security regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead and drive projects to completion.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and promoting awareness of data security policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of data and technology systems and their vulnerabilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly preferred.
