Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing curriculum for our educational programs. You will work closely with teachers, instructional designers, and other education professionals to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update curriculum for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with teachers and instructional designers to create engaging and effective lessons and activities.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform curriculum development.
• Review and evaluate existing curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary updates.
• Train and support teachers in implementing the curriculum.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to curriculum.
• Stay updated on current trends and developments in education to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Manage and maintain curriculum materials and resources.
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Specialists to share best practices and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Experience working with teachers and other education professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
