Position: Curriculum Developer

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in instructional design. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective curriculum materials for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and target audience.
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and resources for curriculum development.
• Design and develop course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with learning objectives.
• Utilize various instructional methods and techniques to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, into course materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and effective learning materials.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine curriculum materials.
• Ensure all curriculum materials meet quality standards and are aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design and incorporate them into curriculum development.
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and instructors to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
• Collaborate with other members of the curriculum development team to ensure consistency and coherence across all courses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
