Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and a passion for creating innovative and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and assessment strategies.
• Design and develop curriculum for various modalities including virtual, classroom, and blended learning.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Review and update existing curriculum to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and team members.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other instructional technologies.
