Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the current IT infrastructure and identify areas that need to be migrated to GCP.
Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines, dependencies, and potential risks.
Design and implement GCP solutions that meet the business requirements and best practices.
Configure and manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, etc.
Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate GCP security policies and controls.
Monitor and troubleshoot the migration process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the migration process.
Document the migration process, including any changes made, for future reference.
Keep up-to-date with the latest GCP features and services and provide recommendations for their implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in GCP migration and implementation.
Extensive knowledge of GCP services and solutions.
Proficient in cloud infrastructure automation and scripting using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
GCP certifications are a plus.
