Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to collect, store, and process large volumes of data from various sources.
Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support data analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather data requirements.
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Optimize data processing and storage for performance and cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data processing and storage.
Continuously monitor and improve data pipelines to meet evolving business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Big Data technologies and tools and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
In-depth knowledge of Big Data technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
Ability to design and optimize data models and schemas.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
