If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Curriculum Development Specialist.As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of high-quality educational materials. You will be responsible for designing and creating curriculum content, as well as evaluating and improving existing materials. You will work closely with our team of educators and subject matter experts to ensure that our curriculum aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and revise curriculum materials that align with educational standards and meet the needs of our students.
• Conduct thorough research to identify best practices and innovative approaches in curriculum development.
• Design and create engaging and interactive lesson plans, assessments, and other educational materials.
• Develop and implement strategies for incorporating technology and multimedia into curriculum materials.
• Review and evaluate existing curriculum materials to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from students and educators to continuously improve curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and resources for educators.
• Train and support educators in effectively implementing the curriculum materials.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in education to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and multimedia in curriculum materials.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
