Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, sales, and property management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software.
Active real estate license.
