Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Naturopathic Doctor to join our team. As a Naturopathic Doctor, you will be responsible for providing holistic and natural health care to patients. You will use a combination of traditional and alternative treatments to promote and maintain overall health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for natural medicine and a desire to help others achieve optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle habits
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the patient's individual needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of healing modalities such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling to address the root cause of health issues
• Monitor and track patients' progress through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on the principles of naturopathic medicine and promote healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for patients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine to continuously improve patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, and other holistic modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other computer applications

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. You will be working in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care. Some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate patients' schedules.
