About the Role: Family Aid Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated C# Core Developer to join our dynamic team. As a C# Core Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core functionality of our software applications. You will work closely with our team of developers to design, implement, and test new features, as well as improve the performance and scalability of our existing codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the core functionality of our software applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and propose efficient and scalable solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following coding best practices and design patterns
• Identify and fix bugs, and improve the performance and scalability of our existing codebase
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and continuously improve your technical skills
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure proper testing and quality control of the codebase
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C# Core Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and LINQ
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Experience with source control tools such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
