Job Summary: As the Education Programs Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of our educational programs. You will be responsible for managing a team of educators and ensuring that our programs are aligned with the latest educational standards and meet the needs of our students. You will also work closely with our marketing and sales teams to promote our programs and attract new students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and vision.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all educational programs, including curriculum development, scheduling, and instructor assignments.
• Manage a team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote our programs and attract new students.
• Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
• Keep abreast of the latest educational trends and standards to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Manage program logistics, including facilities, equipment, and supplies, to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular evaluations of programs and instructors to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
