Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Non-Profit Partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to support our company's initiatives and goals

• Act as the primary point of contact for all non-profit partnerships, including communication, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint initiatives and campaigns with non-profit partners
• Monitor and track partnership performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities for non-profit partnerships
• Represent our company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing relationships with non-profit organizations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of non-profit sector trends, fundraising strategies, and donor engagement
