Job Overview: As the Media Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of media production, from concept development to final delivery. You will lead a team of talented and creative individuals to produce top-notch content that exceeds our clients' expectations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the media production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for media projects in collaboration with the creative team
• Manage all aspects of the production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded
• Source and manage external vendors and suppliers for equipment, locations, and other production needs
• Lead and mentor a team of producers, directors, editors, and other production staff to ensure high-quality output
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve the production process and output quality
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the production process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with a variety of production equipment, software, and tools
• In-depth knowledge of the media production process and industry standards
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual media
