About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's curriculum. You will work closely with the curriculum development team, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with our educational goals and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources.
• Work with teachers to ensure that curriculum materials are effectively implemented in the classroom.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay updated on current educational trends and research to inform curriculum development.
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and adjust curriculum accordingly.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into the curriculum.
• Develop and conduct professional development sessions for teachers to enhance their understanding and implementation of the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as assessment and student services, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students.
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders about the curriculum and educational goals.
• Manage the budget for curriculum materials and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and curriculum development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to integrate it into the curriculum.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of educational trends and research.
• Experience in delivering professional development sessions.
• Budget management experience.
