Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative and effective curriculum materials for our educational programs. Your main goal will be to design and develop high-quality curriculum content that aligns with our organization's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop curriculum content that meets learning objectives and engages learners.
• Conduct thorough research on current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices to inform curriculum design.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their learning needs to create tailored curriculum materials.
• Utilize various instructional strategies, such as blended learning, project-based learning, and experiential learning, to enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum.
• Design and develop a variety of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are accessible, culturally responsive, and inclusive for all learners.
• Work closely with the technology team to integrate digital resources and technology tools into the curriculum.
• Regularly review and update curriculum materials to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market our educational programs.
• Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively implement the curriculum materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and feedback from learners and instructors.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of education and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful curriculum materials.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and educational pedagogy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using technology tools and platforms for curriculum development.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
