Position: Curriculum Specialist

Overview: Sakura Nova Science College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational programs and ensuring that they align with our mission and goals. You will work closely with our instructional design team to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies that support our students' learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum strategies that align with Sakura Nova Science College's mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with instructional design team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
• Conduct thorough research on current trends and best practices in curriculum development and implementation.
• Analyze and evaluate existing curriculum materials to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates and revisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum content.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure student learning outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data to inform and improve curriculum development.
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on effective curriculum implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on education policies and standards to ensure compliance and relevancy of curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Proficient in curriculum design software and learning management systems.
• Strong understanding of educational theories and instructional strategies.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
