Salary: USD: $7,000 - $11,000 per month

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing educational programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives. Your expertise in curriculum design and development will help us provide high-quality learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create a comprehensive curriculum that covers all necessary topics.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development.
• Develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create innovative and interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials meet the organization's standards for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing curriculum materials through feedback and data analysis.
• Work closely with other team members, including instructors and instructional designers, to ensure seamless integration of curriculum materials into the learning environment.
• Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, and communicate progress and potential roadblocks to the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement customized curriculum solutions for specific target audiences.
• Conduct training and workshops for instructors and staff to ensure successful implementation of curriculum materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Proven experience in designing and developing engaging and effective instructional materials.
• Deep understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise learning objectives and materials.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
