Job Summary: As a Biotech Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of our biotech processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving processes in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet quality and efficiency standards to deliver safe and effective treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop biotech processes for new products, including equipment selection, process flow, and process validation.
• Conduct process optimization studies to improve efficiency, yield, and quality of products.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new processes from the laboratory to production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to process equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and protocols.
• Implement and maintain process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality.
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and launch activities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biotech processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of biotech processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience with process optimization and process validation.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
