Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage procedures are followed
Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of inventory
Create and maintain inventory reports, identifying any discrepancies and taking appropriate corrective actions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory movements
Develop and implement inventory control processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
Train and mentor new team members on inventory management processes and procedures
Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to inventory shipments or deliveries
Monitor inventory turnover rates and make recommendations for slow-moving or excess stock
Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management systems and processes
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to inventory storage and handling

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
