• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve our programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external educational partners and stakeholders to enhance the quality of our programs.
• Create and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and other educational staff, providing feedback and support for professional development.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage parents and the community in our educational programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and program evaluation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
