Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the production process to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and design standards.
Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance.
Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials and supplies are available as needed.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the production facility.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and new production techniques to enhance our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in implementing and managing production schedules.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
